Over 30 years of international experience in Telecommunications, B2B, Software and IT Services markets in various leadership positions.
My international responsibilities have included organizations from startups via direct and virtual teams up to large Matrix Organizations with full P&L responsibility up to $ 1.2 B in revenue.

I have gained a lot of change management experience and in parallel succeeded in creating profitable results. I exceeded top and bottom-line budgets and secured market share growth. I was strategically involved in M&A activities across multiple countries.

Understanding the market outside in, defining meaningful KPIs for the business and having the right people on the right job are my fundamentals for success. Ensure the right communication internal and external and focus on execution priorities alongside with continuous identification of additional opportunities for efficiency improvements are my highest priority.
